Listria is designed with a privacy-first philosophy. We believe your data belongs to you, and we have built the app to ensure you maintain full control over your information at all times.
Profile Name — When you set a display name in Settings, it is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud Key-Value Store. This name is visible to collaborators on shared lists.
Task Data — All lists, sections, tasks, subtasks, notes, and preferences you create are stored either locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.
Voice & Camera Data — When you use voice input, audio is processed on-device by Apple's Speech framework. When you use document scanning, images are processed on-device by Apple's Vision framework. No audio or image data is transmitted to us or any third party.
Listria offers two storage options:
Local Storage — All data is stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server.
iCloud Storage — Your data is synced through Apple's iCloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's security protocols. Data syncs across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
In both cases, Listria does not maintain any servers or databases. We have no backend infrastructure that stores your personal data.
Your data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality: displaying and organizing your tasks, syncing across your devices, and enabling collaboration on shared lists.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, profiling, selling to third parties, or training AI models.
Listria does not share your data with any third parties. The only instance in which your data is visible to others is when you explicitly share a list using a share code. In that case:
